What It Costs, Printed Plainly
One fee per session. Components are billed separately at the price we pay plus a stated margin, and you see the invoice before anything is ordered.
Session Fees
Each of these is a standalone appointment. Nothing needs to be bought at the end, and the fee is not credited against a purchase, because a credit is just a discount that pressures you into ordering.
Tee Shot Session
Head, loft sleeve, weighting and shaft, sorted against your measured attack angle. Includes the outdoor half and a written spec sheet.
Full Set Session
Sole grind, lie, length, shaft and set composition from the wedges up. The longest session we run and the one that changes the most scores.
Off the Deck Session
Fairway woods only, fitted entirely on turf because that is where the club fails. Covers up to two slots in the bag.
Gap Filler Session
Hybrid versus long iron versus higher lofted wood, decided on turf entry and descent angle. Includes a gapping map.
Short Game Session
Bounce and grind fitted on grass and in sand, plus loft gapping across the scoring clubs.
Green Reading Session
Length, lie, loft, head style and hosel offset measured against your stroke arc on a rolling surface with break.
Everything Session
Driver through putter across two appointments in the same fortnight. Booked as one job and priced below the sum of its parts.
Lie & Loft Check
Lie board, a handful of outdoor swings and a bend if needed. Often the correct answer for people expecting to spend far more.
Build and Repair Labour
These rates apply whether the club came from us or from somewhere else. Components are extra and quoted before work begins.

The Margin Is Stated, Not Hidden
Heads, shafts and grips are sold at our landed cost plus a flat markup that we will tell you out loud during the session. It does not change based on which brand you pick, which is the entire reason we can recommend a stock shaft without losing money on the advice.
There is no rebate, spiff or volume bonus flowing to us from any manufacturer. If a component is cheaper direct from the maker, we will say so and hand you the spec sheet to order it yourself. We will still build it for the labour rate above.
Deposits are half the component cost, taken only once you have approved a written quote. The balance is due at collection, after the finished clubs have been re-measured in front of you.
